Objectives of the Event
By attending this webinar, the participants will enhance their leadership skills. They will be provided with practical techniques for managing stress, maintaining focus, and regulating emotions. The focus of the webinar is on fostering collective resilience by equipping teams with practical approaches to supporting each other during and after crisis situations.

The thematic focus of this webinar is on stress management from the perspective of leadership. Integrating psychological theory with operational realities, the webinar is highly relevant for professionals operating as first responders as they will be allowed to connect content to their daily responsibilities.
Target Audience
The target group consists of first responders and managers working in different organisations and institutions. For this reason, local actors (AFAD, Red Crescent, health personnel, police and gendarmerie, Directory of Religious Affairs, fire brigades, municipality and universities) were invited.
