Objectives of the Event 

The objective of the event was to present the project, its goals, and expected impact to the participants, ensuring a clear understanding of its purpose and relevance, as well as to strengthen participants’ capacity to provide immediate emotional and practical support in crisis situations through the application of Psychological First Aid (PFA) principles. 

Thematic Focus 

The event addressed themes related to the presentation of the project, including its objectives, scope, and expected impact, as well as key concepts of Psychological First Aid (PFA). The workshop focused on practical approaches to providing immediate emotional and practical support to individuals in distress, based on PFA principles, particularly in the context of public service and community support interventions. 

Target Audience 

The event targeted public authority technicians who are frequently involved in community support responses. A total of 11 participants attended, bringing professional experience in public services and local interventions, and representing a group well-positioned to apply Psychological First Aid (PFA) principles in their daily work with communities.
